Privacy Policy

Soins Verts is a plant-health diagnosis app based on photos. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data controller: Soins Verts. Contact: soinsverts.saas@gmail.com.

Account: your email address and authentication credentials (managed via Supabase Auth).

Content: the plant photos you submit, your plants' names and species, and your diagnosis and health-score history.

Notifications: a device identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging token) if you enable watering and care reminders.

Technical data: error logs (via Sentry) and anonymized analytics (via Google Analytics / Tag Manager).

To provide diagnosis: your photos are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, GPT-4o Vision model) to analyze plant health. Photos are not used to train third-party models.

To track your plants' evolution (scores, trends, care calendar).

To send reminder notifications (watering, seasonal care) if you enable them.

To improve reliability and performance (error diagnostics, aggregated statistics).

To handle Premium subscription payments via Stripe (we do not store your card data).

We share data only with processors required to run the service: Supabase (hosting and auth), OpenAI (photo analysis), Firebase (notifications), Stripe (payments), Sentry and Google Analytics (quality and audience).

We never sell your personal data.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection regarding your data.

Access is protected by authentication and per-user isolation. Communications are encrypted (HTTPS).
